2. Zakres i cel przetwarzania

Przetwarzamy dane, które podajesz dobrowolnie w formularzu kontaktowym:

imię i nazwisko, numer telefonu, adres e-mail,
informacje o planowanym wydarzeniu (rodzaj, data, liczba gości, treść wiadomości).

Dane te przetwarzamy wyłącznie w celu:

udzielenia odpowiedzi na zapytanie i przygotowania oferty,
prowadzenia dalszej korespondencji oraz ewentualnej realizacji usługi.

3. Podstawa prawna

Podstawą przetwarzania jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO (zgoda) oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO (podjęcie działań na żądanie osoby oraz prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora polegający na obsłudze zapytań i kontakcie z klientami).

4. Okres przechowywania

Dane przechowujemy przez czas niezbędny do obsługi zapytania oraz — w razie nawiązania współpracy — przez okres wynikający z przepisów podatkowych i przedawnienia roszczeń, nie dłużej niż 3 lata od ostatniego kontaktu.

5. Odbiorcy danych

Dane mogą być powierzone podmiotom wspierającym działanie serwisu i firmy: dostawcy hostingu, poczty e-mail oraz — po wyrażeniu zgody — dostawcy narzędzi analitycznych: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Nie sprzedajemy danych osobowych.

6. Pliki cookie i analityka

Serwis używa niezbędnych plików cookie zapewniających jego działanie oraz — wyłącznie po wyrażeniu zgody w banerze cookie — plików analitycznych służących do statystyk ruchu. Zgodę możesz w każdej chwili wycofać, czyszcząc dane strony w przeglądarce. Do czasu udostępnienia dostępów analityka pozostaje wyłączona.

7. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo do:

dostępu do danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii,
sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania,
przenoszenia danych oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu,

information about the planned event (type, date, number of guests, message).

We process this data solely in order to:

respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer,
carry on further correspondence and, where applicable, deliver the service.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject and the Controller's legitimate interest in handling inquiries and contacting clients).

4. Retention period

We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and — if cooperation begins — for the period arising from tax regulations and the limitation of claims, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the website and the company: hosting and e-mail providers and — subject to consent — analytics providers: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). We do not sell personal data.

Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und ein Angebot zu erstellen,
die weitere Korrespondenz zu führen und ggf. die Dienstleistung zu erbringen.

Grundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO (Maßnahmen auf Anfrage der betroffenen Person und berechtigtes Interesse des Verantwortlichen an der Bearbeitung von Anfragen und dem Kontakt mit Kunden).

4. Speicherdauer
